When going gluten-free, what about pancakes? It’s just Bisquick for the gluten-free pancake mix that can be stored in an air-tight container for later! Try it out for a light and fluffy yield.

Amazingly, this gluten-free pancake recipe doesn’t demand extraordinary ingredients. And your pantry is outright ready to encourage you for the serene delicacy.

• Take a large bowl and whisk the egg (or any substitute), granulated sugar, pure vanilla extract, and the vegetable oil together.
• Add the gluten-free flour, xanthan gum, gluten-free baking powder, and salt to the liquid mixture. Mix until smooth.
• Stir in milk blending it properly (For thinner yield- 1 to 2 tablespoons)
• Scoop the batter into a 1/4 cup measuring cup, pouring onto a greased griddle or pan for each pancake.
• Cook the pancakes until the mixture starts bubbling which will puff after some time. Flip them and cook until golden brown.
• Top with butter, syrup or your favourite meringue.
