How to manage the contracts more efficiently?

Just a few years back, we were storing documents and contracts physically in a specific location. The administration staff was spending hours maintaining this record. Furthermore, when the management used to ask about a specific document, only the admin was able to find it, and no other employee could find the document. And if you wanted to share the document within the office, with the management that is located somewhere else, or you needed to send it to a third party outside the office, the process was more difficult. For that, you had been sending through carrier or FAX machine.
